I am a certified Wellbeing Practitioner and walk alongside people who are on every stage of their breast cancer journey - even if you have rung the bell! As I survivor myself, I can help teach you proven techniques to help you regain your calmness and power.
I am also a good listener. Often we tell our family that we are "OK" so we don't worry them and can't say our truth. However, keeping our emotions hidden just adds to our stress and anxiety and may prevent us healing
I am also an experienced online English Tutor and I love meeting people from all over the world.
