I offer 3 packages, the Bronze, Silver and Gold Package.
Each package included a need analysis, where we discuss what you really need, want and enjoy.
After that I will create a personalized 12 week nutritional and training program, based on the latest science based protocols and strategies, whilst taking into account psychological variables to insure that you succeed.
There will be nutrigenomic analysis on the Gold package and this is country specific.
You will have continuous WhatsApp support 24/7 for the duration of your program on the Silver and Gold package, which can be extended to a year at an additional charge.
