I set up Google Consent Mode v2 and cookie consent through Google Tag Manager so Google Ads, GA4 and your other tags follow each visitor's choice, in the EU, UK and US.

- Consent Mode v2 with default-denied states and all signals: ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization

Does Consent Mode v2 make my site compliant by itself?
No. Treating Consent Mode v2 as a compliance fix is a common myth. It passes consent states to Google tags, and the banner, region rules and your policies matter too.

Will this restore my lost conversion data?
I can’t promise numbers. I make sure the signals fire correctly and verify it in GTM Preview, and the recovered measurement depends on your traffic and consent rates.
What access do you need?
GTM publish access and CMS admin or code access, with a staging copy if you have one.
