FAQ
Do I need to provide content or will you create it?
You can provide your own content (text, images, logo), or I can help create it for an additional cost.
Will my site be mobile responsive?
Yes, every website I revamp is fully responsive and tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
Can you redesign my existing website without changing the domain or host?
Absolutely! I can revamp your existing WordPress website on your current hosting without affecting your domain.
Will the website be SEO friendly?
Yes, I follow best on-page SEO practices to ensure your site is optimized for search engines.
Can you add features like contact forms, chat, or booking systems?
Yes, I can integrate a variety of features to suit your business needs. Let’s discuss what fits your goals best.
How is your service different from other WordPress developers on Fiverr?
Most Fiverr gigs deliver templates with your logo swapped in. I don't. Every website I build is custom-designed from scratch based on your business, audience & goals. Clean code, 90+ PageSpeed, design mockup before I build. That's why my clients keep coming back.
Do you provide hosting, domain, and email setup?
Hosting & domain are purchased separately (I recommend Hostinger, SiteGround, or Cloudways). I handle full setup at no extra cost — domain connection, SSL, professional email. If you already have hosting, I deploy directly there. You don't handle the technical side.
What if I don't like the design you create?
You'll see a complete design mockup before any code is written — if you don't love it, I revise until you do. All packages include unlimited revisions. I've never had a client walk away unhappy. Your satisfaction is the goal — I'd rather revise 10 times than deliver something you don't love.
What are your working hours and how quickly do you respond?
I reply within 1 hour on average, 7 days a week. Available for calls during US business hours by appointment (EST/PST — morning, afternoon, or evening). Daily updates via Fiverr, email, or scheduled Zoom calls. You'll always know exactly what's happening with your project.
How do I get started and what happens after I order?
Message me first with: (1) your business type, (2) pages needed, (3) 2-3 reference websites you like, (4) your timeline. I'll recommend the right package. Once you order: discovery call within 24 hours, design mockup in 2-3 days. Most projects wrap up in 5-10 days.

Ongoing collaborationgreat job with both design and UI/UX. didn't feel like a "blanket template" but a very customized deep dive specific to our brand. Also kept good speed in the build and the ability for us to customize down the road, inclusive of training on how to do it. 10/10!
