Which AI model will be used for my chatbot?
Depends on your needs and budget. Mistral is my default (EU-hosted, GDPR-friendly, excellent German). OpenAI GPT for maximum quality. Claude for nuanced conversations. We discuss before starting.
How is the chatbot trained on my content?
Real RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). I index your documents, FAQs, or full website into a vector database. The AI retrieves the relevant context for every answer — no prompt-stuffing, no hallucinated information from outdated training data.
Can the chatbot speak German fluently?
Yes. German is my native language and I optimize the bot specifically for German conversations: proper tone, formal vs. informal address (Sie/du), German-specific phrasing. Multi-language setup (DE + EN, etc.) available as an extra.
