What is the difference between the packages?
Starter answers up to 20 FAQs. Custom AI Bot learns from your docs and products and speaks multiple languages. Bot + Analytics adds a dashboard with operator and chat reports.
Do I need a paid Crisp plan?
Not always. The bot connects through the Crisp API, so it can work on lower plans. I will check your plan before you order.
What will the AI and hosting cost me?
You pay the AI provider and hosting directly. For most small businesses this is low each month. I will estimate it based on your chat volume before you order.
Where does the bot run?
On a small server or cloud service you own, so you keep full control. You get the full source code and I help you set up hosting.
Will the bot give wrong answers?
The bot answers only from your approved information. If it is unsure, it hands the chat to a human agent.
