How do you connect to my computer?
Through a secure remote tool like AnyDesk or Teamviewer. You can watch everything and end the session anytime.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I only work on the problem we agreed on, and I don’t access your personal files. For a reinstall, I back up your files first.
What if you can’t fix the problem?
If the issue can’t be solved remotely, for example a hardware failure, I’ll tell you before going further.
Do you provide Windows or Office license keys?
No. You need your own valid license. I can help you install and activate a license you already own.
Do you fix Mac or Linux?
This gig is for Windows only. Message me if you have a Linux question.
