Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send your current URL, the pages you want redesigned, your goals, and examples you like. I will review the setup, confirm compatibility, and recommend the correct package.
Which package should I choose?
Basic covers one page, Standard covers up to five pages, and Premium covers up to ten pages with expanded forms and functionality. Contact me if you are uncertain or need a custom scope.
Can you redesign a site that was not built with Elementor?
Usually. I can rebuild selected pages in Elementor Pro after reviewing your theme, plugins, hosting, and existing functionality. Incompatible or highly customized setups may require a separate quote.
What do you need from me to begin?
Please provide WordPress access, hosting or staging access when needed, finalized text, properly licensed images, brand assets, page requirements, design examples, and timely feedback.
Are content writing and images included?
Content placement is included, but you supply the finalized text and properly licensed images. Copywriting, branding, image sourcing, and extensive content preparation require a separate quote.
Are Elementor Pro, paid plugins, or advanced features included?
Only the features listed in your package are included. You are responsible for required licenses and renewals. E-commerce, memberships, advanced integrations, and custom functionality must be approved and quoted separately.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is an adjustment to the approved design within the original scope. New pages, features, layouts, content, or a different design direction may require additional time and pricing.
Will my site remain live during the redesign?
I use backups and staging when practical, but zero downtime cannot be guaranteed. Hosting, updates, plugins, and third-party services can cause unexpected errors or incompatibilities.
Can I update the site after delivery?
Yes. You will receive administrator access and a recorded tutorial covering basic content updates and maintenance. Ongoing updates and technical support are available through my monthly maintenance service.
Do you guarantee legal or regulatory compliance?
My work is technical only—not legal, tax, privacy, copyright, or accessibility advice. I do not guarantee ADA/WCAG, cookie, or regulatory compliance. You must obtain professional review and maintain all required content and software rights, licenses, and renewals.
