Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send your goals, required pages, desired features, content status and examples. I will review the scope, confirm compatibility and recommend the correct package or a custom offer before you order.
Which package should I choose?
Starter includes 1 custom page. Growth includes 5 custom pages and blog setup. Advanced includes 10 custom pages, blog setup, two forms and one pre-approved standard feature. I can provide a custom offer for a different scope.
What content and materials do I need to provide?
Please provide your logo, branding, final page copy, images, contact details, requested features, examples and relevant access. I can organize and upload supplied materials and suggest improvements, but original copywriting and content creation are not included unless ordered.

What counts as a revision?
A revision is a reasonable adjustment to work already completed within the approved scope. New pages, features, integrations, content or a different design direction are additional work and may require an extra or custom offer.
Can the delivery date change?
The schedule depends on project size and timely access, content and feedback. Delays in receiving required materials or approvals may extend delivery. Scope additions may also require more time and an updated delivery date.
Are hosting, domains, themes or plugins included?
No. Hosting, domains, premium themes, paid plugins, subscriptions and third-party services are not included unless specifically listed in your order. You are responsible for purchasing and renewing required licenses.
Is SEO included with my site?
I follow sound structural practices and can configure basic SEO fields when provided, but keyword research, copywriting, ongoing SEO and rankings are not included. No specific search position, traffic or sales result can be guaranteed.
Can I update the site after delivery?
Yes. You receive WordPress admin access and a recorded tutorial video covering basic content updates and maintenance. Ongoing monitoring, software updates, new content, and troubleshooting are available through my monthly maintenance service.
Do you guarantee legal or accessibility compliance?
My work is technical, not legal, tax, privacy, copyright or accessibility advice. I do not guarantee ADA/WCAG or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for professional review and all rights, licenses, subscriptions and renewals.
