What is a data point?
A data point is a single complete sentence which needs to be visualised in the design in form of some graphic, icon or illustration. However to avoid any confusion and be 100% sure, please send us your content and we can confirm how many data points you have in your content.
How does the infographic design process usually works?
We'll need the content and branding guidelines (if any) from your end to design the initial concept. We deliver the initial design in 2-3 days and then based on your feedback we'll keep revising / improving the design until you are completely satisfied and happy with the design.
Does the number of orders in the queue effects my infographic delivery time?
No, we are a team of experienced infographics and illustrators so we do have capacity of designing up to 50 infographics in a day so don't worry on the number of orders we have in the queue.
How long does it take to get the revisions back?
We are available for communication 24/7 however we usually deliver any revisions within 12-24 hours however it might take 24-48 hours over weekends.
What do you need from me to get started?
To begin, I need: The data or information you want to visualise Preferred size and format (for web, print, social media, etc.) Brand guidelines (logo, colours, fonts — if any) Example styles you like (optional)
Do you create the content or only design?
