FAQ
Which package should I choose?
Basic is for one simple automation, one trigger and one action. Most buyers need Standard: four workflows, database integration, error handling and documentation. Choose Premium for multiple agents, a training session and 30 days of support. Message me and I will tell you which fits.
Do I need my own OpenAI or Claude API key? Are there monthly costs?
Yes, the agent runs on your own API key, so you own it and pay no monthly fee to me. Small volumes typically cost a few dollars a month. I estimate your running cost before I build, so there are no surprises later.
Can you connect it to the tools I already use?
Almost certainly. I regularly connect Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, WhatsApp, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Salesforce and anything with an API or webhook. Send me your list and I will confirm before you order.
I have never used AI agents. Will this even work for my business?
Tell me the task that eats your week and I will tell you honestly whether an agent solves it. For most small projects I build a working demo first and send you the link, so you can try it before you spend anything.
What do you need from me to get started?
The task you want automated, access to the tools it must connect to, and your API key. If you have example data or a document the agent should learn from, send that too. I list exactly what I need as soon as you order.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
If it does not work as described I fix it, and that is not counted as a revision. Standard includes 7 days of support after delivery, Premium includes 30 days. Everything is documented so you can adjust it yourself too.
Is my data safe? Can it run privately?
Yes. Everything is built inside your own accounts and I keep no copies of your data. If you need it fully private, I can run an open model locally with Ollama or Llama so nothing leaves your own server.
Do you build chatbots and automations too, or only agents?
Both. Website and WhatsApp chatbots, RAG bots that answer from your own documents, and n8n, Zapier or Make automations. If your scope differs from this gig, message me and I will send a custom offer.
