Can you fix my existing broken workflows?
Yes. The Basic package covers one workflow fix or clean-up in GoHighLevel or HubSpot. Send me a screen recording of the problem and I will confirm before you order.
Do you work with the free or paid HubSpot plan?
Both. Most pipelines, lists, templates and tasks work on the free plan. I will tell you upfront if a paid feature (like workflows) is needed and whether it pays for itself.
Will I lose any data?
No. I export a full backup of your contacts, deals and settings before any merge, import or clean-up, and I test every change on a few records first.
Will my SMS get delivered in the US?
US texting needs A2P 10DLC registration. I help you prepare and submit it in GoHighLevel and write compliant messages with opt-out, so your texts are not blocked.
How do I give you access safely?
Invite me as a user or collaborator in your GoHighLevel sub-account or HubSpot portal. No need to share your password, and you can remove my access as soon as the work is delivered.
Can you set this up for mortgage, insurance or other service businesses?
Yes. I have built CRM and follow-up systems for a mortgage broker and an estate agency, and the same lead capture, pipeline and follow-up logic works for insurance, coaching and local services.
