I record calls for quality and training purposes. However, recording calls is purely done with customers' consent. For any call where the customer does not allow me, I will not record it.

Yes, I do work per hour as well. The number of calls in per hour structure depends upon the script. On average, it is 4-6 calls per hour. Sometimes this average number is less, sometimes it is more.
