FAQ
What kind of business tasks can automation actually fix?
Automation can handle repetitive tasks like lead follow-ups, order notifications, CRM updates, report generation, appointment confirmations, invoice creation, and syncing data between apps—so you stop doing the same work manually every day.
Can Make.com work with the tools I already use?
Yes. Make.com connects with popular tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Shopify, Airtable, Calendly, Stripe, and many others. If a tool has an API, it can usually be integrated.
Will automation replace my team or staff?
No. Automation supports your team by removing repetitive and error-prone tasks, allowing them to focus on higher-value work like sales, support, and strategy.
What if my workflow is complex or custom?
That’s exactly where Make.com shines. I build custom workflows tailored to your exact business process, whether it’s multi-step logic, conditions, approvals, or data routing across multiple platforms.
Can you fix or optimize an automation I already have?
Yes. I can troubleshoot broken scenarios, improve speed and reliability, reduce errors, and restructure existing workflows to make them more scalable and easier to manage.
Do I need technical or coding knowledge to use the automation?
No coding is required. I also provide clear explanations or documentation so you understand how your automation works and can manage it confidently.
Is automation secure and safe for business data?
Yes. Make.com uses secure connections, and automations follow best practices for data handling. I also ensure sensitive data is handled properly within each workflow.
How long does it take to build an automation?
Simple workflows can be completed quickly, while complex systems may take more time. Timelines depend on the scope, number of apps involved, and business logic required.
Can automation scale as my business grows?
Absolutely. I design workflows to handle higher volumes, additional tools, and future expansion so you don’t need to rebuild everything later.
What do you need from me to get started on Fiverr?
I’ll need a clear description of your process, the apps involved, access to required tools (or test accounts), and your main goal. I’ll guide you step by step if anything is unclear.
