I work on one Ubuntu or Debian VPS, one site and one agreed issue at a time.
BASIC: Read-only diagnosis, written findings and next steps. No configuration changes.
STANDARD: One agreed fix, verification through your original access path and a change summary.
PREMIUM: Deploy one ready-to-run app using Docker Compose, Nginx and HTTPS, with basic firewall checks and a handover.
I check first, explain the proposed changes, and work after your approval. Please have a current backup and a recovery console available before server changes.
All work is 100% remote and text-based in English or Chinese. No calls or on-site visits.
Each package has a fixed scope and a maximum of 1-3 hours of total work, depending on the package. Extra servers, new faults, custom coding, Kubernetes and database migrations are excluded.
Message me before ordering with your OS, error, desired result and deadline. Do not send passwords in your initial message.

FAQ
Which systems do you support?
Supported Ubuntu and Debian releases on one VPS. Other Linux distributions need a scope check before ordering. Windows and Active Directory support is quoted separately.
Can you guarantee a fix?
Basic provides diagnosis only. I accept repairs after checking scope. If an agreed repair becomes infeasible, I explain the evidence and agree the next step with you through Fiverr. I will not mark unfinished work as completed.
What is included in Premium?
One ready-to-run app, up to three related Compose containers, one Nginx site, one domain, HTTPS and basic firewall checks. You supply the VPS, app instructions and domain control. Production database transfers and app development are excluded.
How do you access my server?
After agreeing scope, we arrange authorized temporary access with only needed permissions. I provide a public SSH key; keep private keys private. Remote sessions are for delivery only. Decisions and payments stay on Fiverr. Revoke access afterward.
Do you offer calls or on-site support?
No. All communication is written in English or Chinese. Authorized remote screen control can be arranged when necessary, without a voice or video call.
What counts as a revision?
One correction or clarification of the agreed deliverable. New issues, extra servers or changed requirements need a separate agreement. I correct my own mistakes without extra charges. Please report issues promptly; Fiverr dispute rights still apply.
What if the work needs more time?
Packages include up to 1, 2 or 3 hours for Basic, Standard or Premium, including checks, changes, documentation and revision allowance. I flag expansion before extra work. Scope changes need your written agreement on Fiverr; no surprise charges.
Do you use AI tools?
I may use AI to help draft scripts or documentation. I review and verify the work and remain responsible. Tell me before ordering if you require no AI assistance. I do not upload your credentials or confidential data to AI services.
Can you harden a production server?
I can check and adjust a small, agreed set of SSH and firewall settings with a backup, maintenance window and recovery console. This is not a penetration test, security certification or guarantee against attacks.
