FAQ
What distinguishes your team of 12 testers or 20 testers from others in the market?
Great question. Many sellers offer only the bare minimum to bypass the closed testing requirements. Unlike them, we prioritize providing real value to our clients. We conduct comprehensive daily testing, not just to pass the days but to catch bugs and provide meaningful feedback by rigorous testing.
Can I expect detailed reports and bug feedback after the closed testing period?
Absolutely! I'll provide comprehensive reports, including bug identification and performance analysis, to guide you in refining your app.
What types of issues do your testers focus on during closed testing?
Our testers focus on various aspects, including compatibility, functionality and user interface issues to ensure a thorough examination of your app.
What steps should I take before initiating closed testing for my app?
Please ensure that your app is uploaded on Google Play in Closed Testing. That's it, I'll take over from there and share necessary details with you to get started with testing phase.

Working with Teekam has been a pleasure. He's very professional and easy to communicate with, and thanks to his commitment, my app was quickly granted production access. Highly recommended if you're struggling to find serious testers for your app.
