I finish podcast episodes and YouTube videos — transcript, chapters, show notes, and captions. Send the episode or a video link; text comes back ready for your host or upload page.
I run three YouTube channels of my own, so the files fit the real upload flow: chapters start at 0:00 and drop into a description, and the .srt uploads as it is.
Names decide if a transcript is usable, so every name is checked against the spellings you send, and a word that can't be made out is flagged, never guessed at.
