Need a copy of a recorded deed or other county document? I find it in the county recorder's online records and send you a clear PDF.
What I can retrieve:
- Deeds: warranty, grant, quitclaim, tax deeds
- Deeds of trust, mortgages and releases
- Liens, judgments and plats, where the county publishes them
Each document comes with every recorded page, labelled with its document number, recording date and parties.
Send me: the county and state, plus the document number. If you do not have it, send the APN or the owner name and approximate year, and I will locate it.
Limits: these are unofficial copies from counties that publish images online. They are not certified copies. If a county charges a fee per document, that fee is extra and I will tell you before starting.
