Q: Do I need to provide B-roll footage?
A: No — I source relevant stock footage from free libraries to match your narration. If you have your own clips you'd like used, just send them along.
Q: What format should I send my footage in?
A: Any common format works (MP4, MOV). Just make sure the files are uncompressed or minimally compressed — avoid sending footage already exported from a phone app.
Q: Will you remove all my pauses and filler words?
A: I'll clean up the obvious ones that hurt pacing. Some natural pauses stay in on purpose — completely robotic editing makes talking head content feel unnatural.
Q: What if I don't like the edit?
A: Each package includes revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium). Just leave a timestamped note on what you'd like changed and I'll take care of it.
