Hello, I’m Tenzin, a seasoned Valorant coach who has peaked top 20 Radiant and has a deep understanding of game mechanics, strategy, and the mental aspect of high-level play. Whether you're a beginner looking to get better or a high-ranked player seeking that extra edge, I’m here to help you level up your game.
FAQ
Do you coach all ranks?
Every session is personalized based on your current skill level, goals, and playstyle. Whether you’re learning fundamentals, trying to escape low ranks, or refining advanced decision-making, I adjust my coaching approach to match what you need most.
If you currently have a couple of orders in queue, will this affect when I can book a session?
Even if I have a few orders in queue or in progress, don’t worry! I can still fit you in—often within the same day or by the next day. Feel free to book, and I’ll confirm the timing as soon as possible!
Is your schedule flexible?
My schedule is very flexible and I don't mind if you need to reschedule at all as long as you can give me a slight heads up the day before.
How effective is your coaching?
Not only will my coaching help you with short-term rank gains but it will also help you more importantly build good habits that will deepen your understanding of the game leading to consistent long-term improvement.
What will I need for the VOD review?
For a VOD review, you'll need to provide a recent gameplay recording of your match on your main agent. Please upload it to YouTube as a private or unlisted video so I can access it easily. Ideally, the video should be in 720p or 1080p resolution so I can clearly see your gameplay.

I am so excited to work with him and improve at the game, and be able to play alongside my bro in the higher ranks :) He is very knowledgeable, and tailored the session...

Was able to coach me same day ASAP. Gave aim routine and allowed me to realize and improve positioning and game-sense. Gave personal feedback on options of agents to play and how to develop a better game. Looking forward to see improvement and will let you know how much I rank up from this coach. Would recommend if you are looking for someone to coach you.

Very in depth advice on how I could play better. Not only as a player myself but to work with the team in order to be more useful and also take advantage of certain agents/utility rather than just vague information. Also helped me understand things I could com to the team for better strategy. I 100% recommend this coaching worth the money.

Tenzin was very responsive and helpful. Walked me through a general routine to work on mechanics as well as a vod review to spot some decision making mistakes I was dealing with in a ranked game. He was very thorough and patient, looking forward to working with him in the future!
