It depends on your app or website's scope, number of screens/pages, and flow complexity. Smaller products may fit a 1-hour review, while larger or more complex ones usually need 2 or 4 hours for broader coverage and more detailed feedback. Message me first and I'll suggest the best fit for you!
What kind of suggestions do you provide?
My suggestions are mainly based on UX and conversion. I pay close attention to user flow, structure, navigation, hierarchy, and design decisions that may confuse users or reduce conversions. I also include UI improvement suggestions, and I can tailor the review based on your needs.
How are the findings delivered?
Findings are delivered in a Google Sheet organized by section, issue, suggestion, and priority, so everything is clear, easy to track, and simple to share with developers if needed. I also include a PDF summary with the main strengths, weaknesses, and key opportunities.
What do I need to send before the review starts?
Please send your website or app link, a short description of the product, the context behind it, why you want it reviewed, who your target audience is, and any specific areas you'd like me to pay extra attention to. Also, please clarify whether you want a desktop review, mobile review, or both!
Can you provide a screen recording of the review?
