Most businesses don't have a data problem. They have a copy-paste problem: a spreadsheet that's the source of truth, an inbox where exceptions live, and one person who reconciles both every Friday.

Every project ships with reconciliation: your inputs printed beside your outputs, so you can check quantity x rate = line total, confirm the row count matches the source, and see the timestamp on every figure. If a number can't be traced to something authoritative, I don't ship it - and I tell you which parts I couldn't verify.

Error handling is the deliverable, not a bonus: bounded retries, idempotency keys so a retry doesn't double-post, failures logged where you actually read them, and alerts when something needs a person.
