Great job on the design. I think he is very good but would recommend people to do the psychology, idea and click journey of the thumbnail themselves and let the fiver guy do the design.

Great thumbnail. Followed instructions. It's different then my other thumbnails so there is a bit of brand recognition that is lacking. But overall very good design and it's nice to test out something completely different then what I usually use for thumbnails.
