What do I need to get started?
Just tell me what you want to sell and who your customers are. A few sentences are enough for our first conversation. You don't need a complete brief or technical knowledge. I will guide you through the next steps, in German if you prefer.
Can you help with texts, images and a logo?
Yes. I help create website and product texts using your business and product information, select images and create suitable visuals. A simple logo is included if needed. If you already have materials, I can use and adapt them.
Will you set up payments and shipping?
Yes. I configure the agreed payment methods and shipping rules, then test the checkout. If you need a payment provider account, I will guide you through the setup. The account remains yours, and you complete any required verification.
Do I need to arrange domain and hosting myself?
No. I help you choose a domain and suitable hosting, handle the website installation and publish your finished shop. Hosting, domain and any paid third-party licenses are separate costs that we discuss in advance.
Can you help with legal pages, and do they count as pages?
Yes. I help set up your legal pages using your business details and texts you approve. They count toward the package's total of up to 10, 12 or 15 pages, including shop, cart, checkout and account pages. You don't need everything prepared before contacting me.
Can I manage products and orders myself afterwards?
Yes. You receive administrator access to your WordPress WooCommerce shop. You can add products, update prices, change content and manage orders. A brief handover is included to help you get started.
Which package should I choose?
Starter includes up to 10 products, Business up to 30 and Complete up to 50. One product means one product listing. Tell me about your range and any sizes, colors or special options, and I will help you choose the right package.
What is included in a revision?
A revision is one collected round of adjustments within our agreed scope, such as changes to colors, layout, images or texts. We review your feedback together. Additional pages or new features can be agreed separately.
