What information do you need to get started on a commercial project?
I need the architectural drawings, your scope of work, and an example of your company shop drawings. (If you don't have your own shop drawing template that's totally fine, I can use mine!) Hand sketches are good too if you don't have architectural drawings.
What information do you need to get started on a residential project?
I will need hand sketches/renderings/mood board, your scope of work, room dimensions, and your company shop drawings. (If you don't have your own shop drawing template that's totally fine, I can use mine!
What happens if I need something changed after the project is complete?
I provide free revisions for the lifetime of every project, even after it is marked complete! You don't need to worry, just contact me about the change and I will fix it asap. The only time I charge for a change is if there is a new room added to the scope of work, which will be priced normally!
