Yes. I can investigate and repair these errors when they affect one existing website and stop visitors from reaching or using it normally. Website outages and websites that are not loading are also supported when recovery is reasonably contained to one affected website.
Do I need to know what caused the error?
No. Send the website URL, the message or code you see, and your hosting environment. I will investigate the relevant cause as part of the recovery work.
Which package fits shared hosting?
Choose Basic for one website on ordinary shared hosting or a hosting control panel such as cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin.
Which package fits a VPS or cloud VM?
Choose Standard for one website on a Linux VPS or one ordinary cloud virtual machine. Docker, Laravel or a custom application alone does not make it Premium.
When is Premium the right package?
Choose Premium for one affected website in genuinely advanced infrastructure, such as multiple servers or instances, load balancers, auto scaling, remote or managed databases, separate application and database tiers, or similar multi-component setups.
What types of websites can you fix?
I can recover existing WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP websites or applications, including Laravel, when the goal is restoring one broken website.
What access might you need?
Depending on the issue, I may need hosting or control-panel access, SFTP or SSH access, and WordPress administrator access when applicable. I will request only what is needed for the confirmed work.
Does this gig cover more than one website or server-wide problems?
No. This gig covers one affected website. Multi-site, server-wide, multi-service or general infrastructure work should go through the server-troubleshooting service.
Do you handle malware or migrations?
Confirmed malware or hacking belongs with the WordPress malware service. Full migration or hosting transfer belongs with the migration service.
Should I message you before ordering?
Yes, if several websites or services are affected, the infrastructure is unclear, or you suspect malware or need a migration. Otherwise, send the URL and error details and choose the package that matches your environment.
