I am a visually impaired Paralympic Medalist, adaptive sports leader, accessibility advocate, and MBA graduate with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals, organizations, and communities create opportunities for people with disabilities.

My lived experience, combined with years of program development and community leadership, allows me to provide practical feedback on accessibility, inclusion, and participation. I have worked directly with individuals with physical, sensory, intellectual, and developmental disabilities and have helped create environments where people of all abilities can succeed together.
