What do you need to start?
Provide business details, service areas, services/prices, logo, photos and page copy. Basic covers one page with up to 7 sections; Standard 5 pages; Premium 7. We will confirm the domain, hosting and quote-form setup before work begins.
Can I update the website myself?
You receive HTML, CSS and JavaScript source files with handover notes. Editing requires code changes; a WordPress editor or admin dashboard is not included. If you need a visual editor, message me before ordering to discuss a separate scope.
Are domain and hosting included?
The price covers website creation and one deployment to agreed, compatible hosting. Domain registration, hosting, business email and third-party subscriptions are separate and stay in your own accounts. Hosting setup means assistance, not a hosting subscription.
Does the quote form really send inquiries?
Yes. One form with up to 6 fields sends inquiries via your agreed, client-owned form service to your business inbox. We test submission and receipt before delivery. Provider fees and limits are separate. It does not confirm appointments or calculate final prices.
Can customers book appointments?
Standard includes a link to an existing booking service. Premium includes an embed if the provider and your plan allow it, otherwise a link. You supply the booking account and any subscription. A custom scheduling system is outside these packages.
Do you provide photos and copywriting?
You supply your logo, photos and copy with permission to use them. Photo limits: Basic 8, Standard 15, Premium 25. Standard includes light editing of up to 800 words of supplied English copy; Premium up to 1,500. New photography, logos and full copywriting cost extra.
Will the website rank first on Google?
I include page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure and image optimization. Search rankings and inquiries depend on factors beyond the website build, so I do not guarantee rankings, traffic, bookings or sales. Ongoing SEO and backlinks are not included.
What does a revision cover?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes to the agreed design or supplied content. It does not add pages, new features or a different project direction. Basic includes 2 rounds; Standard and Premium include 3. Extra work needs a separate agreed offer.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Basic and Standard include 14 days, and Premium includes 30 days, of corrections for defects in the delivered work. New content, added features, hosting bills and ongoing maintenance are separate. Please contact me through Fiverr for additional work.
Do you use AI tools?
I use AI-assisted tools for parts of drafting and development, then customize, review and test the delivered website. You approve the business facts and content. Concept visuals are identified as samples and are not presented as completed client projects.
