I served as the Lead Bubble Developer for Workspace, a two-sided marketplace designed to bridge the gap between recruiters and job seekers. My role focused on architecting a scalable database and building high-conversion user interfaces for two distinct user personas. Key Contributions & Technical Milestones: 1. Multi-Tenant User Architecture: Set up a "Role-Based Access Control" (RBAC) database system, allowing users to toggle between or strictly sign up as a Company (Employer) or a Candidate (Job Seeker). 2. Employer Suite: Developed a job management dashboard where companies can post listings, manage active openings, and filter through candidate pools using custom logic. Candidate Ecosystem: Built a dynamic profile builder and application tracker, allowing candidates to submit multi-media CVs and monitor their application status through automated real-time notifications. 3. Complex Workflow Logic: Designed the "Matching Engine" that triggers alerts when new jobs match a candidate’s specific skill set and location. 4. Data Privacy & Security: Implemented advanced Bubble Privacy Rules to ensure that sensitive candidate data (like contact info and resumes) is only accessible to authorized hiring managers. 5. Responsive Marketplace Design: Ensured a seamless, mobile-first experience for candidates applying on the go, while maintaining a data-rich desktop dashboard for recruiters.
