It is a type of logo in which one or two initial letters are used to create a unique symbol/icon for a company that is easily recognizable by the audience.
Do I need a vector file too?
A vector file is in SVG format, or it could also be a .ai or .eps source file that you can use to export your design in any format, changing its color mode from to RGB or CMYK and any other possible change whenever you want.
