I will troubleshoot and fix your n8n automation

About this gig
Having trouble with an existing n8n workflow that is failing, behaving unexpectedly, or not passing data correctly?
I will troubleshoot one clearly defined issue in one existing n8n workflow, identify the likely root cause, apply a bounded fix where appropriate, test the affected workflow path, and explain what was changed.
This Gig can cover issues involving:
- failed nodes or workflow logic
- API or webhook errors
- authentication or request problems
- data mapping and transformation issues
- AI nodes or model connections
- triggers, routing, and conditional behavior
The Basic package covers one workflow, one defined issue, up to 3 relevant triggers/actions, and one existing API or connected tool where applicable.
This Gig does not include a new workflow build, major redesign, multiple unrelated issues, new large integrations, server setup, CRM implementation, or ongoing support.
If your issue is broader than this scope, please contact me first so I can review it and provide a custom offer.

FAQ
1. What information do you need before starting?
Please provide a short description of the problem, what you expect the workflow to do, what is happening instead, and any relevant screenshots, error messages, logs, or workflow export you can safely share. Please do not send passwords or sensitive credentials through Fiverr messages.
2. Does this Gig include building a new n8n workflow?
No. This Gig is designed for troubleshooting one clearly defined issue in an existing n8n workflow. New workflow builds or major redesigns require separate scoping and a custom offer.
3. Does the included API integration mean you will add a new API?
Not by default. Fiverr requires this package field to include at least one API. For this Gig, it refers to troubleshooting one existing API, webhook, or connected tool where relevant. A new integration may require a custom offer.
4. What counts as one revision?
One revision covers adjustments related to the originally agreed issue and fix. New features, additional workflows, new integrations, or unrelated problems are outside the revision scope.
5. Can you troubleshoot AI-related n8n workflows?
Yes, where the issue involves an existing AI-enabled workflow, such as model connections, prompts or instructions, routing, data passed to an AI node, or integration behavior. Larger AI-agent builds require separate scoping.
6. Can you fix every n8n problem?
Not necessarily. Some issues depend on third-party services, unavailable APIs, server configuration, permissions, or systems outside the workflow itself. I will identify what can be diagnosed within the agreed scope and explain any external dependency that prevents a direct fix.
