I will build a custom web form connected to google sheets

I build custom responsive web forms that send organized submissions to Google Sheets, using React or HTML/CSS/JavaScript with Google Apps Script. Ideal for lead capture, service inquiries and business intake.

All packages include one form, one Google Sheets tab, field validation, success/error messages, basic spam mitigation, source code and setup instructions.

Basic: up to 8 fields. Standard: up to 15 fields, 3 conditional rules, an owner email alert and deployment. Premium: up to 25 fields, 3 steps, 5 conditional rules, checklist inputs, an owner email alert and deployment.

I test desktop/mobile layouts and sample submissions. You supply the field list, labels, branding and authorized Google account access. Email and Apps Script usage are subject to account quotas.

Payments, login systems, file uploads, sensitive or regulated data collection, complex CRM integrations and ongoing maintenance need a custom quote. Hosting, domains and paid services are separate. Revisions refine the agreed form; new features are additional work.
