Do i need to send you my product?
Yes, if you video requires a physical product, it will need to be sent to me prior to filming. Delivery time begins once i have received the product and all required information.
Can i provide you with a script or creative brief?
Yes, of course. I can create natural, authentic content based on your key talking points.
What does your revision include?
A revision includes minor editing changes such as music, text, clip order or small adjustments. A new concept, script or full reshoot is not considered and will incur an additional charge.
Can i use the video for paid advertising?
Organic social media usage is included in all packages unless otherwise stated. Paid advertising/usage rights are available for an additional fee. Please contact me before ordering if you plan to use the content for your ads.
Do you place post the content to your socials?
no. My UGC service is creating content for your brand to use on your own channels. It is not included in my personal social media unless agreed apron separately.
