What counts as a "small content update"?
A small update is any task that takes roughly 15-30 minutes, such as swapping out a hero image, updating a paragraph of text, or changing a button link. For larger layout changes or new page builds, please message me for a custom quote based on my hourly rate.
Is this a one-time service or monthly?
The prices listed are for a one-time "deep clean" and setup of your maintenance systems. However, most of my clients prefer ongoing peace of mind. I offer a monthly subscription option through Fiverr so I can keep your site secure and fast 24/7.
Can you fix a site that is already broken or hacked?
es, but please message me first! If your site is currently down or showing a "Critical Error," it falls under my Bug Fix service. I will assess the damage and give you a direct quote to get you back online before we start the maintenance plan.
Do I need to provide my login details?
Yes, to perform updates, security hardening, and backups, I will need WordPress admin access. For the highest level of security (Premium), hosting or FTP access is also recommended so I can perform server-level optimizations.
