What formats do you accept?
Google Dox and Word are best if you'd like in line notes, but pdfs work. You'll get a section in the report called "Reactions" to compensate.
Do you have any graphic or content limits?
No! Go all out, I've read everything from YA thrillers to some twisted splatterpunk, I work with everything
Do you do copy editing or grammar checks?
Typically, no. If there is something that really sticks out to me I'll point it out, but that's not my area of expertise.
What does a "revision" cover in your packages.
Primarily, in depth Q&A type questions, though if you rewrite a small section, like a chapter or two, I can re-read that as part of it. Full manuscript rewrites would not be included. (I'm fine to answer smaller quick questions free of charge)
Is my work kept confidential?
Absolutely a thousand percent! I will make a working copy of your manuscript to do inline edits, and send that to you while you maintain a clean copy. Upon delivery, I will retain the edit copy for one week to allow revisions, then its deleted forever!
What happens if your queue is full and I have a deadline?
No promises, but please feel free to message me with any tight deadline projects and I'll see if we can work out a custom order!
Do you accept manuscripts over 90k words?
Definitely! In those instances (unless its like 91k words) drop me a message and we can work out a custom order!
Can I send you a sample to see if we are a good fit?
Yes! Of course, feel free to send up to 1k word snippet, I'll give it a read and quick report so I get a feel for your writing, and you get a feel for my feedback
What should I expect for the reader report?
Included in every report will: answers to your specific questions, a general summary of the whole work as I see it, sections pertaining to plot, characters, genre success and similar as well as a strengths and areas for improvement sections.
