FAQ
Which APIs and services can you integrate?
Most REST APIs and webhook-based services, such as Discord, Slack, payment providers, CRMs, Google services, and custom platforms. Send me the API docs before ordering and I’ll confirm it’s feasible and which package fits.
What does “1 integration” include?
One third-party service connected in one direction, with a small number of endpoints or events. Two-way sync, extra services, or large APIs need Standard, Premium, or the Additional Integration extra. Message me first if unsure.
What do I need to provide?
Links to the API docs, what data should move where, and any sandbox or test access. Please never send passwords or API keys in chat. I’ll explain how to share credentials safely.
Do I get the source code and documentation?
Yes. Every package includes the full source code, which you own, and setup instructions. Standard and Premium also include detailed code comments.
Do you handle hosting or deployment?
Hosting isn’t included. I can add a Docker deployment setup as an extra and advise on where to run it. You cover any hosting and third-party API costs.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
Bugs in my original work are fixed during your revision period. Later changes by a third-party API are outside the order, but you can add Extended Support or place a new order.
Can you work in languages other than Python?
Python is my main language, but I can often work in Node, PHP, or Rust. Message me before ordering to confirm.
