I was too ambitious with what I wanted from my footage and pictured something sharper but he provided the best that could be done with the poor quality, low light that I'd shot. I realised I had to lowr my expectations and they were then met. Thanks!

I had a very low-res Zoom recording that my company wanted to use on our LinkedIn and Kevin was able to quickly up-res it in a way that you'd never know the original was so low quality. Pretty amazing, to be honest!
