Will the welcome book match my Airbnb's style?
Absolutely! Each welcome book is designed to complement your property's unique aesthetic. Whether your Airbnb is coastal, modern, minimalist or country-inspired, I'll tailor the colours, fonts and overall design to suit its style.
What information do I need to provide?
I'll need your property name, photos and relevant guest information, such as check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, house rules and amenities. You're also welcome to share your Airbnb listing or any design inspiration you'd like me to consider!
Can I choose what information goes into my welcome book?
Of course! Every property is different, so I'm happy to tailor the content to suit your needs. I'll help organise the information into a clear, beautifully designed guide within your chosen package's page limit.
Do you provide local recommendations?
Yes! Local recommendations are included in my Signature and Complete packages. I can research nearby cafés, restaurants, attractions and activities to include in your guide. You're also welcome to share your personal favourites!
What format will I receive my welcome book in?
You'll receive a high-quality PDF suitable for both digital use and printing. You can send it directly to guests or have it printed and displayed in your property. If you have a preferred print size, please let me know before ordering!
What are matching guest signs?
Matching guest signs are separate printable designs that complement your welcome book's style. These can include Wi-Fi details, check-out instructions, house rules or welcome signage. My Complete package includes 2 signs, and additional signs can be purchased as Gig extras.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions include minor changes such as wording adjustments, colour changes or replacing supplied photos. Additional pages, major layout changes or complete redesigns aren't included, but I'm happy to discuss these separately if needed.
