Before ordering, send your product count, required pages, theme or design references, apps, migration needs and content status. Paid themes, apps, subscriptions, third-party licences, copywriting, migration and work outside package limits are separately scoped.
All packages include 15 days of support for defects in the agreed scope. New features and ongoing maintenance are separate.

Do you build new stores and redesign existing Shopify stores?
Yes. This Gig covers new Shopify builds and redesigns. Send the current store URL, required pages, product count and desired outcome so I can confirm the correct package.
Do you use a theme or write everything from scratch?
Most projects use an approved Shopify theme or base, customised for your brand. I add Liquid, HTML, CSS or JavaScript where the agreed scope needs custom functionality. Blank-canvas design and complex development require separate scope.
What do you need before the order starts?
I need your brand assets, content status, page list, product and variant count, collections, theme status, required apps, payment/shipping markets, reference sites, migration needs and acceptance priorities.
Are premium themes, apps and subscriptions included?
No. The buyer purchases paid themes, apps, subscriptions and third-party licences unless the offer explicitly says otherwise. I can install and configure approved items within the package limits.
Is product upload or migration included?
Simple product setup is included only up to the package limit. Variants, metafields, media cleanup, collections, redirects, reviews, customers, orders and platform migration must be reviewed and scoped separately.
Can you configure payments, shipping and taxes?
I can configure available Shopify settings within the agreed scope. Merchant verification, gateway eligibility, banking, legal, tax and shipping decisions remain the buyer’s responsibility and may require specialist advice.
What does the 15-day support period cover?
It covers defects in the delivered, agreed scope reported within 15 days. New features, content changes, third-party updates, app issues and ongoing maintenance are separate work.
Will you teach me how to manage the store?
Yes. Each package includes a recorded handoff covering the delivered pages, products and agreed store controls. Extended training can be scoped separately.
Can you make the store ready for AI shopping agents?
AI-shopping readiness, product-data audits and advanced agentic-commerce implementation are handled through the relevant specialist Gig so the scope and proof remain clear.
Do you guarantee conversions, sales, traffic or rankings?
No. I improve the agreed store design, usability and technical implementation, but business outcomes also depend on products, pricing, traffic, content, merchandising, operations and market demand.
