Discourse requires at least 2GB of ram with enough swap space. Any cloud server with 2GB RAM would do sometimes 1GB ram also can cover it. But it depends on Cloud VPS provider.
Do you have any suggestion for me, I don't have cloud VPS server?
You can use any one of them. For example: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, Digital Ocean, Vultr, Linode.
Can you advice me, I don't have SMTP server?
You can use Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, G Suite, Postmark.
How can I give you my hosting and domain access?
