About me
I own and run thenHOW Coaching, LLC! I also host the "thenHOW" Podcast.
I spend most of my day as an operations manager working with a Fortune 100 company, and have managed, mentored, trained, and coached hundreds of people in a corporate environment over the 9+ years there.
Prior to starting thenHOW Coaching, I was a coach at a local gym. Some of my credentials include:
