Is this a new logo design service?
This gig updates a logo you already have. It covers the agreed text, color, background and small layout changes. New concepts or a complete redesign need a separate order.
What counts as one change?
One change is one agreed edit, such as changing a color, replacing one line of text or removing a background. Additional versions follow the limits stated in your package.
Can you change text if I only have a JPG or PNG?
Often yes, but the lettering may need to be recreated. Send the original font or a reference if possible. I will confirm whether a suitable match is available before replacing it.
Which files are included?
Basic includes PNG and JPG. Standard adds SVG and PDF. Premium includes SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG. A transparent PNG is included when the background is removed.
Will you keep the rest of my logo unchanged?
Yes. Please identify the exact elements to edit. I will preserve the remaining design as closely as the supplied file allows and check any uncertain details with you.
