What if you find more broken things than expected once you're in there?
Anything within the page count you booked is included. If the audit surfaces something bigger (a full re-platform, say), I'll quote it separately rather than absorb it silently.
How long has my current site been "underperforming" do I need to prove that?
No proof needed. If it's not bringing in the inquiries you want, that's reason enough to look at it.
