What do you need from me to get started?
Your footage, script/voiceover (if any), and references/inspiration.
What if I don't like the direction?
That's what the storyboard step is for. On Product Explainer and above, you approve the visual direction before I animate. If the storyboard isn't right, we fix it there, which costs you nothing and no revision.
I’m in a hurry. Can you deliver faster than the standard time?
Yes. I offer 24-hour rush delivery on most packages for an additional fee. Message me with your deadline before ordering and I'll confirm feasibility.
Can you make my SaaS video longer or shorter than the listed packages?
Yes, I can customize the video length (e.g., 45 sec, 2 min). Message me for a custom offer.
Can you animate my product’s UI or app demo?
Yes. UI-based motion is my specialty. I can create animated product demos using your Figma designs, app screenshots, or screen recordings to craft a polished, real-user experience.
Can you deliver platform-ready formats (for ads, landing pages, or App Store)?
Yes — I can export your explainer video or UI animation in any format you need: 16:9 for web, 1:1 for feeds, 9:16 for TikTok/Reels, or compressed versions for investor decks and presentations.
Do your videos include professional voiceover?
Absolutely. I offer high-quality voiceover for explainer videos in native US or UK English. You can also provide your own audio or request multilingual voiceovers as an add-on.

What is the source file?
The source file is the editable After Effects project file, which you can purchase as an extra.
How many revisions are included, and what counts as one?
Two revisions on Starter and Product Explainer, three on Full Brand Film. A revision is one consolidated round of feedback. Send all your notes together and I'll action them in a single pass, which is faster than going back and forth item by item.
