I’m Theresia, a London-based multidisciplinary designer specialising in architecture, interior, sculptural art and lighting design with a focus on bespoke, narrative-driven work that evokes presence and precision.
I hold a Master’s degree in Interior Design from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Sydney. I provide precise 2D CAD drafting, Rhino and SketchUp 3D modelling, D5 Render, moodboards, material boards and polished presentation decks.

What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide any available plans, elevations, CAD/PDF drawings, dimensions, sketches, reference images and your required output. The clearer the information provided, the more accurately I can develop the model and visualisation.
Do I need to already have an interior design?
The standard packages are primarily for clients who already have an existing design or clear design direction. If you need help with the concept, layout, materials, furniture or overall design, message me with your brief for a tailored custom offer.
Can you work on more than one room?
Yes. Packages cover one interior space/room. For apartments, houses, offices or multi-room projects, please send your drawings and requirements before ordering. I can then provide a custom quotation.
Can you model from a PDF, sketch or image?
Yes. I can work from CAD files, PDFs, measured drawings, sketches and reference images. For accurate architectural modelling, dimensions are strongly recommended. If information is missing, I will confirm any necessary assumptions with you before proceeding.
What software do you use?
3D models can be developed in Rhinoceros 3D or SketchUp, depending on the project requirements. Realistic visualisations are produced using D5 Render. If you require a specific source-file format, please let me know before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the agreed model or visualisation, including material, furniture, lighting or camera refinements. Major design changes, additional rooms or substantially changed briefs may require a Gig Extra or custom offer.
Can you model custom furniture or detailed interior elements?
Yes. I can model bespoke furniture, joinery, lighting features and other detailed interior elements where sufficient drawings or reference information are provided. Complex custom elements may require an additional modelling fee depending on the level of detail required.
