FAQ
What if I don't use Hospitable?
Right now we specialize in Hospitable PMS and Guesty PMS. But reach out with your short term rental management issue and we'll get your sorted.
Should I use Hospitable?
I can't tell you exactly how to run your business, but I will say I've worked with many many many hosts over the last 5 years full time and many newer and/or smaller (1 to 20 listings) hosts really like using Hospitable.
I have a Hospitable job, can you do it?
Send me a message explaining what you're dealing with and what the problem is :)
Do I need to share passwords?
Yes, you'll create an account for us (instructions provided after order) in your PMS which you can remove after completion. We might also need to coordinate access codes etc for things like Airbnb if necessary. So yes, we will need access in order to do it for you :)
