What time zone are you in?
It's EVERY time zone in the North Pole! But, for practical purposes, I'm in the U.S. Eastern time zone. I live in the Baltimore/Washtington DC area.
When will my order be delivered?
I will deliver your voice over within 72 hours of purchase. Scripts over 1500 words will take longer. Please purchase the Super Fast Service upgrade if you'd like your order to be completed more quickly - usually within 12-14 hours. This will jump your order to the front of the line.
What are Commercial Rights?
Commercial Rights Provide you with commercial rights (buy-out) for promoting your product or service in non-paid marketing channels.
What are Broadcast Rights?
Full Broadcast Rights provide you full broadcasting rights (buy-out) for advertising your product or service in paid broadcasting channels, like Radio, TV and Internet.
What revisions do you provide?
If I make a mistake, miss or mispronounce words, I will be happy to revise that part of the recording free of charge. If there are mistakes in or changes to the script up to 50 words I will re-record it as a part of your single revision. More then that would entail an extra revision cost.
What if I need my Santa message delivered extra fast?
Have a really tight turnaround time? No problem! Just select the Super Fast Delivery option, and I'll be happy to jump your job to the front of my queue. I'm usually able to deliver within 12-14 hours.
Are you able to add music or sound effects to the voice over?
Does Rudolph's nose glow?! If you want a music track or sound effects added to the voiceover, make sure you select the "Background Music" add on. If you have the music you want added, please send it with your order. If not, let me know and I will help you select the perfect sound.
What are "split files"
By splitting files, I will separate each segment of your audio into individual files. Sometimes this is helpful in adding the voiceover audio files to your project. If that sound like something you need, make sure you select this add-on when placing your order.
What kind of "script proof reading" do you provide?
If you select the "Script proof reading" add-on, I will make sure your script is read in proper, grammatically correct English that flows well, and makes good sense. As a native English speaker, you can lean on me to make sure your script sounds great!
Is it really the REAL Santa Claus?
I mean - did you listen to the demo? Could he sound like that and NOT be the real Santa Claus? Of course not. Merry Christmas!!!
