Yes, Designer access or an invite as a collaborator, plus API access if we’re doing custom work. I never publish to a live domain without your explicit go-ahead.
Which automation platform do you use?
Whichever fits. Make.com for complex multi-step logic, Zapier if your team already uses it, and n8n if you want to self-host and avoid task fees. I’ll recommend based on your volume.
My tool isn’t on your list, can you still connect it?
If it has an API or webhook, almost always yes. Send me the docs link and I’ll confirm before you order.
Do you charge for the Zapier/Make subscription?
No, you own and pay for those accounts directly, so you keep full control if we ever stop working together.
Can you fix an automation someone else built?
Yes. Send me the scenario, and I’ll quote a fix rather than a rebuild, where possible.
What if the integration breaks later?
Every build comes with documentation. Add the maintenance extra, and I’ll monitor and repair it monthly.
