1. What do you need from me to get started?
A short brief about your product, your target audience, your script (unless you ordered script writing), your logo and brand colors. A link to your website or a demo of your app also helps a lot.
2. Can you write the script for me?
Yes. Script writing is included in the Premium package, and available as an extra for Basic and Standard. I'll study your product and write a clear, conversion-focused script for your approval before animation starts.
3. Is the voice over included?
A professional English voice over is included in the Standard and Premium packages. For Basic, you can add it as an extra, or provide your own recording.
4. Can you make a French version of my video?
Yes. I'm bilingual English/French, so I can adapt your video with French subtitles or a French voice over. Just message me before ordering so we can plan it.
5. Will I get the source files?
After Effects source files are included in the Premium package, and available as an extra for Basic and Standard.
6. What if I need changes?
Revisions are included (1 in Basic, 2 in Standard, 3 in Premium), and you validate the storyboard before animation, so there are no surprises. Extra revisions can be added anytime.
