Will it make things up?
That's the main risk with AI assistants and I build specifically against it. Yours answers from your own content, and when it doesn't know something it says so and offers to connect the customer to you rather than inventing an answer.
What does it cost to run?
The AI provider charges per message, usually $5–30/month for a small business site. It runs on your own API account so you control the spend and there's no markup from me. Message me your traffic level and I'll estimate it before you order.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. I install it and hand it over working, with a walkthrough of how to update it. Standard and Premium include a call.
Can it handle bookings or orders?
It can collect details and hand off to your team or your booking system. Full transactional automation is a bigger project — message me and I'll tell you honestly whether it's in scope.
What if it doesn't fit my business?
Message me first with your site. If an assistant isn't the right fit I'll say so rather than take the order. That's a genuine offer, not a formality.
